For instance, you can allow managers to cancel a service, while the field employees will not have this option.

APPOINTMENT INSIGHTS See how each appointment slot ranks against key performance indicators

Give your customer representatives insight into each appointment slot, so that when they offer it to the customer they are well aware of how this slot will affect the business daily load.

For example, a specific appointment slot may score high on the ASAP scale but lower on the Minimize travel scale.

Additionally control the appointment-grading threshold by defining what makes an appointment slot Ideal or Recommended.
