Fixes

1) Fixed an issue where a shift that was violating a rule with another shift was manually rescheduled and then violated the same rule with different shift did not clear the violation from the previous shift.
2) Fixed an issue where custom field of type date weren’t presented correctly.
3) Fixed an issue where changing the value of the custom label ‘SmartAssignBox_UnassignedShifts’ would break the skill filtering.
4) Fixed an issue where dragging a shift type which starts and ends at 00:00 would create a 5 minutes shift instead of 24 hours shift.
5) Fixed an issue where changing a shift from ‘Published’ to ‘Planned’ and the created user is no longer active would throw an exception. Now the owner of the shift will be the user who changed the status.
